Kat’s Empowerment Tips: Let Your Cork Float

Today’s video is inspired by something Abraham-Hicks talks about in their Law of Attraction (LOA) videos: stop holding your cork under the water. Let it float to the surface!

The cork being held under the water refers to those moments we are being hard on ourselves, stuck in unpleasant thoughts and not letting ourselves relax.

The image of holding a cork under the water (staying stuck in negative thoughts) vs letting go and letting the cork float (choosing to switch attention to more positive thoughts) is something that inspires me when I find myself stuck. It reminds me to stop working against myself, relax, and let things flow and get better.
